- 1 Download the badge image (see below)
- 2 Now copy the badge link to make sure it links to your badge

- 4 Open Gmail and click on Settings -> See all settings
- 5 Scroll down to the Signature section
- 6 Click Insert Image > Upload image
- 7 Click on the badge image and resize it
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish

- 4 Open Outlook and click on Home Tab -> New Email -> Signatures
- 5 Add a New Signature or edit an existing one
- 6 Select the Image icon in the toolbar
- 7 Insert the image downloaded into your signature
- 8 Select the image and click on the link icon
- 9 Past the badge URL link in the Web address box
- 10 Click save to finish
This badge recognises completion of the Tiling Skills Bootcamp. Earners have developed the practical skills and knowledge needed to work as a wall and floor tiler.
They have gained hands-on experience in tiling techniques, surface preparation, measuring materials, using specialist tools, and working safely to industry standards. Earners have also developed business and self-employment skills to support a career in the construction sector.
To earn this badge, earners must demonstrate;
- Practical wall and floor tiling skills through a range of hands-on activities and projects. Prepare surfaces, accurately measure spaces, and calculate material requirements, while safely using tiling tools and equipment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Complete practical tiling projects to industry standards, demonstrating the technical competence expected within the sector.
- Develop business, marketing, and customer service skills, ensuring earners can effectively engage with clients and manage work opportunities.
- Demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for employment or self-employment as a professional tiler.
